Standard policy (most pros)

2-24 hours before	$20
< 2 hours before	$35

Strict policy (specialty pros)

When you cancel	Fee
≥ 48 hours before	Free
< 48 hours before	$35

The policy a pro uses is shown on their profile and confirmed before you accept.

How to cancel

1. Go to My jobs → tap the job
2. Tap Cancel job
3. The cancel sheet shows the exact fee and refund preview before you confirm
4. Confirm — your card hold is released, fee captured (if any)

Refund timing

• Holds: released immediately (your bank may take 3-5 business days to show it)
• Captured payments: refunded to the original card in 5-10 business days

Job in progress?

Once a job is in progress, the cancel button is hidden. Contact support — we'll mediate.
